In the event of any discrepancy or controversy arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms of Use, Legal Notice or the content of the Website, in general, Carbon2Nature and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the User’s domicile. In the event that the User’s domicile is outside of Spain, Carbon2Nature and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao (Bizkaia).
